The language of section 301 (4) of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act states
the audit committee “shall establish procedures for the
“receipt, retention, and treatment of complaints”
received by the issuer regarding accounting, internal controls
and auditing matter. This “system” must be capable
of receipt of complaints both from company personnel and third
parties such as competitors, vendors, and consumers; and maintain
the anonymity of complaints made by company employees”.
The Act does not describe how this must be done, nor have any
interpretations as to how this procedure was originally intended,
been released. WB-Resources, LLC believes that compliance with
the Act is best handled by a third party. The main benefit to
outsourcing is the guarantee of confidential, anonymous submissions
of concerns regarding questionable accounting and/or audit matters.
Anonymous submission is a top requirement of the Sarbanes-Oxley
Act. Additionally, WB-Resources, LLC provides a simple and cost
effective procedure for the receipt, retention, and treatment
of complaints; thus saving you time and money. WB-Resources,
LLC offers subscribing companies three different or cumulative
