1. How will I know if my company participates in WB-Resources, LLC?
You should have received notification from your Company that
tells you about WB-Resources, LLC including a toll-free phone
number, your Company PIN# and instructions on how to use this
service.
2. My company does not participate in WB-Resources, LLC. Can I
still report wrongdoing?
You can only use this service if your company is a WB-Resources,
LLC subscriber. You can have us contact your company directly
by calling us at (888) 894-4000 or by sending an e-mail to wbinfo@wb-resources.com.
Either way, we will preserve your anonymity.
3. Can I complain about my boss?
WB Resources, LLC provides anonymous reporting services only
for matters relating to accounting and auditing. Any other complaints
should be reported according to separate procedures established
by your company.
4. What if I want to report other things or suggest improvements in the company?
WB-Resources, LLC should only be used to report questionable
accounting or auditing matters.
5. Will the Audit Committee ever contact me?
Only if you provide contact information in your report and give
approval of use, and the Audit Committee decides to follow up
on your report.

How do I know that my boss won't find out I reported wrongdoing?
As long as you don't choose to reveal your identity in the report,
no one will know who sent, the report.

Can I send WB-Resources, LLC an Internet message from my place
of work?
Although we follow the same secure procedures with every report
we receive, we can only protect the identity of the sender once
we receive the report. Since your employer has legal access
to everything you do on the company network, if you use your
company's computer system to contact WB-Resources, LLC, your
anonymity cannot be assured.

If I use the toll-free number, how does the Audit Committee
know?
When you leave a voice message on the toll-free number provided,
WB-Resources, LLC converts the report to text and stores it
in a secure database. Members of the Audit Committee then receive
a notice that a new report is available for them to read on
our secure server.
9.
Can I attach documents or pictures to my report?
For security reasons, attachments are not allowed when you report
on the Internet. Instead, you may want to suggest what documents
should be reviewed, where they are located and any other information
that will assist the Audit Committee.
10.
Will WB-Resources, LLC contact me?
Never. We simply process and transmit information from you to
the Audit Committee.
11.
Can I send WB-Resources, LLC a voice message from my place of
work?
Since your employer has legal access to all telephone records,
if you use your company's phone system to contact WB Resources,
LLC, your anonymity cannot be assured.
